At CROSELLA LIMITED, we work with trusted UK carriers—Royal Mail and DHL—to ensure your order gets to you, wherever you are in the world.

Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping times and costs. All charges are shown in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) .

1. UK Delivery

We offer two main services for our customers in the United Kingdom. Please note that "UK" includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and all UK islands.

Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
Tracking: All UK orders are sent on a tracked service. You will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. International Delivery

We are proud to ship our formal wear globally. Delivery times and costs vary depending on location and the weight of your order (calculated automatically at checkout).

We generally ship international orders up to 2kg via Royal Mail (International Tracked). For larger or heavier orders (multiple suits, etc.), we may use DHL for a more reliable service.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. How we handle this depends on where you are located.

For customers in the USA: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)From 1st September 2025, all orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) . This means that the price you see at checkout is the final price. CROSELLA LIMITED covers all duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees upfront. You will have no additional charges to pay upon delivery.
For customers in the Rest of the World (including EU, Asia, Australia): DAP (Delivered at Place)For all other destinations, orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP) . This means that CROSELLA LIMITED charges you for the cost of transport to the destination country, but does not include the cost of import duties or taxes.You (the customer) are responsible for paying any customs fees, import duties, or VAT charged by your local government upon arrival.We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country.If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

Processing Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on working days (Tuesday to Friday).
Confirmation: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.

5. Important Notes on Delivery

Delays: While we and our carriers (Royal Mail/DHL) always aim to deliver within the timeframes above, these are estimates. During busy periods (like sales or holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather or customs delays), deliveries may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional postage may apply).
Loss or Damage in Transit: Please note that the risk of loss or damage lies with us (the trader) until the goods are delivered to you. We insure all our shipments at our own cost to protect against this. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve this for you.
